About the course
Deep Tissue builds on the Relax technique with deeper, more targeted pressure on tense areas — neck, shoulders, back. Students learn to recognize where the body holds tension and how to work safely and precisely, without rushing.
The training runs online (video lessons, an audio-guided trainer for tempo and pressure, tests) or in person at the salon in Dobrota, with hands-on work. Recommended after mastering the Relax technique.
How certification works
Certification is done by video: after the video lessons and the audio-guided trainer that walks you through the sequence, tempo and pressure, you record your own performance of the technique and submit it for review. Once the recording meets the standard, the certificate is issued with a generation number.
