What we collect and why

• Email address you leave in the waitlist form. We use it only to tell you when enrollment opens.
• Material access code you enter on the student page. It is used only to check access and is not stored with your name.
• Certificate details. When someone enters a certificate number on the verification page, the holder's name, the training, the number, the date and the length of the training are shown. No other details about the holder are shown.
• Messages you send us via WhatsApp, Viber or email. We use them only to answer your question.
• Technical data your browser sends when you visit (for example your IP address), which the services the site runs on can see.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. YouTube video previews load in privacy-enhanced mode.

How long we keep data

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them. We keep records of issued certificates for as long as they may need to be verified.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent to notifications, by writing to info@myworld-kotor.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the personal data protection authority of Montenegro.
